MIAA – Minimally Invasive Adhesive Aesthetics
This lecture aims to discuss current concepts in minimally invasive dentistry with a focus on improving aesthetics for patients. Current concepts in bonding and isolation will be discussed, along with direct composite restorations. A discussion will also be placed on orthodontic-restorative principles in increasing longevity of anterior direct composite restorations and restoration design to optimise patient outcomes and appearance. Finally, we will discuss the role of resin infiltration therapy to help in the management of white spot lesions.
