By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you’re withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there’s been no error on your part, we’ll refund the cost of the item to you as follows:
All cancellations for any events, must be notified in writing and received a week in advance of any event. Cancellations received on or before this date will receive a refund less 25% administration charges. No refunds will be given after this date.
