It involved good treatment planning and not just assessing the intra oral site but also the extra oral examination is of importance. We can utilise techniques which can make the body think the tooth is still in place but in fact an implant has been placed. The use of soft tissue grafts or alternatives are essential in this cases to improve the over all emergence of implant crown to give the patient the outcome they are hoping for.
