This case-driven presentation explores how a fully digital, predominantly in-house implant workflow can transform both the clinical experience and the aesthetic outcome. Uniquely, the case was completed by two associates under mentorship — demonstrating that with the right digital tools and support structure, this level of workflow is accessible beyond the most experienced implant clinicians. From guided surgery and chairside CAD/CAM temporisation through to digital emergence profile capture and laboratory handoff, the case shows how integrated digital tools remove clinical variables and deliver a predictable result from the first appointment to the final crown.

This lecture presents a clinically relevant case study demonstrating the use of Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) in vital pulp therapy (vpt) as a minimally invasive, biologically driven approach to managing deep carious lesions in young adults. The case highlights predictable preservation of pulp vitality while avoiding more invasive endodontic treatment. The procedure shows how MTA vpt can be utilised in a single visit, eliminating the need for provisional restorations and restoring both function and aesthetics. Key clinical considerations, including case selection and treatment rationale, will be outlined to support predictable outcomes and long-term tooth preservation. Following the case presentation, the session will address the most frequently asked questions raised by clinicians. This practical component will clarify common uncertainties around indications, handling, protocols, and expected outcomes, equipping delegates with the confidence to integrate MTA vpt into everyday practice.
