Professional Biography
James Goolnik BDS MSc. James is past President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He judges the Dental Industry Awards and is the head judge for the Private Dentistry Awards. He also lectures worldwide on the mouth-body connection. He was voted the most influential person in UK dentistry in 2011 and 2012 by the trade magazine, Dentistry. In 2024 again voted one of the 50 most influential people in Dentistry. His first book ‘Brush’ about marketing in Dentistry with all the profits going to Dentaid. His second book a cookbook called ‘Kick Sugar’ helping people to reduce the sugar in their diets. He is the first UK dentist to be RECODE 2.0 trained and the only one currently. He can use the Bredesen protocol to treat Alzheimer’s and reverse cognitive decline. James is now studying for a diploma in functional nutrition with the Institute of Optimal Nutrition. He is the founder of Optimal Dental Health in London.
