Accommodation

The Headquarters Hotel is the Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel, which is also the conference venue:

All attendees can visit the venue website to book a room using the code: BACD24

To make a booking, please follow these steps:

Go to the website and click on the “BOOK NOW” at the top right of the page

Enter your arrival and departure dates

Select the number of adults – 1

Under Rate Type, please select Promotional Code from the dropdown box. Under CODE or ID, enter BACD24

Then click the BOOK NOW button

You will be re-directed to the Radisson Hotels booking page, where the code has been automatically applied

Select your available room type, and book now

The ME Group Special Rate will show under each of the available rooms types for your booking

I would suggest you book your accommodation ASAP, as we only have a limited block of rooms.

By train
London is very well served by train services from all over the United Kingdom. The nearest mainline stations are Vauxhall and London Waterloo. We would recommend www.thetrainline.com for rail information

By underground
The nearest underground stations are Vauxhall (Northern and Victoria lines),  and London Waterloo (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, and Waterloo & City)

By air
London has several major airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton and Stansted. We would recommend www.visitlondon.com/travel/getting_around for further information

If you have any special requirements, such as wheelchair access, or indeed anything else, please let us know in plenty of time

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing and received by THURSDAY 10 OCTOBER 2024. Cancellations received on or before this date will receive a refund less 25% administration charges. No refunds will be given after this date.

Continuing Professional Development

The annual conference qualifies for 6 (six) hours of CPD per day attended. All your CPD is online.  Evaluation forms will appear in your member dashboard after the event.  Once you have submitted your evaluation form, your certificates will be available to download
