Dr. Simran Bains, a general dentist located in the West Midlands, earned her qualification from the University of Manchester in 2017 and has been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 50 Dentists in 2023 & 2024. In 2024, she was also honored with the prestigious Best Young Dentist Award both regionally and overall.
As the Chair of the Membership Committee and a member of the Education Committee and Board of Directors, Dr. Bains focuses on adding value to membership by fostering partnerships with companies and exploring innovative ways to support and engage members at varying points in their career.
Dr. Bains is deeply committed to delivering exceptional patient care with an ethical and minimally invasive approach. She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with the College of Dentistry and remains dedicated to continuous personal growth through advanced training and learning from industry leaders.
In addition to her role at the BACD, Dr. Bains serves on the Editorial Board for various dental publications and is the Secretary for the West Midlands Division of the College of Dentistry.
