Lincoln is the co-founder and educational director of RipeGlobal.com, the world’s first and fastest-growing cloud hands-on company. He graduated in 1998 with first-class honours from the University of Queensland, and after working in a remote practice for a year, started his own practice with the simple goal of having a standard so high that his patients couldn’t get better if they travelled anywhere else. The lack of specialists within three hours’ drive led him to extensive training in the disciplines of full mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics and implantology since 2008.
In 2006 he started running conferences in the US, Canada and Italy. Since then, Lincoln has had an intense interest in the limitations of traditional dental teaching methods and has researched many industries to find ways that teach procedures faster, with fewer complications. This eventually culminated in him raising capital from dental and professional investors globally to start RipeGlobal, with the vision to fast-track careers globally for dentists.
