Professional Biography
Dr. Harman is one of the country’s top cosmetic dentists and while working in the City of London for Oasis Dental Care his work featured on all four series of TV’s Extreme Makeover UK. He regularly writes and lectures on cosmetic and laser dentistry, He has won three prestigious Aesthetic Dental Awards in 2010, 2012 and 2015 for his complex dental makeovers. His philosophy is one of minimally invasive long term care, rejuvenating and then maintaining his patients with an attractive smile for life.
His skills include a wide range of cosmetic and restorative techniques including; porcelain veneers, composite bonding, short term orthodontics including invisalign. Same-day Cerec crowns, periodontal plastic surgery, implants and the treatment of worn teeth. Dr Harman is one of only two dentists to achieve British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Fellowship (in 2010) and former chair of their examination board. He completed his Masters in Restorative Aesthetic Dentistry from Manchester University in 2014 with a distinction and won 3 out of the 4 year prizes for excellence in both his academic and practical work.
He lives in the Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District with his fiance Fiona and has four grown up children. He enjoys golf and hiking in his spare time.
