Smile Design Using Diagnostic Trial Smiles

This offering will discuss the power of smile design, and the impact that bespoke designs, which are carefully handcrafted and converted to thin porcelain veneers, can have on patients. The talk will involve multiple case examples and workflows, which highlight the possible failures that can occur, and what methods and protocols have been developed to limit these, and increase chances of long-term aesthetic and functional success.

Soft Tissue: The Devil’s In The Detail

Aims and Objectives:

To assess the quality and quantity of soft tissue around teeth and implants. To understand the principles of periodontal and peri-implant plastic surgery and concepts of root coverage procedures to achieve predictable outcomes for you and your patients. The use of microsurgical instruments and sutures to give predictable outcomes and healing for our patients.

The delegate will be able to harvest a connective tissue graft to utilise in peri-implant surgery and root coverage procedures we will also be able to utilise xenograft materials as soft tissue substitutes.
