Regional – organising the workflow for complex and interdisciplinary cases

Organising the workflow for complex and interdisciplinary cases

Single tooth dentistry is fairly straightforward……most of the time.

But once we start to create beautiful smiles it often involves multiple teeth and multiple treatment modalities and this can lead to confusion and lack of control.  In this presentation Ian will demonstrate:

  • digital and analogue design
  • case presentation and treatment sequencing
  • coordinating orthodontics, periodontics, implants and restorative
  • dealing with specialists
  • how to increase predictability, efficiency and productivity

Participants are invited to bring cases for discussion
