One of Europe's largest conference hotels, with 42 well-equipped meeting and event rooms.  Just 15 minutes walk from the West End and Oxford Street and a 10 minute tube ride from Westfield Shopping Centre, the Hilton London Metropole hotel is the ideal destination for the business and leisure guest.

The Hilton London Metropole is located outside of London's Congestion Zone and boasts a secure car park with 170 spaces.  We would however encourage all delegates to use public transport and promote sustainability.

Accommodation

As most of you will wish to stay at The Hilton London Metropole, it is strongly recommended that you make your reservation straight away. There are only a finite number of bedrooms available at the BACD rate, and once the allocation is sold, there will be no rooms available at the lower rate. During this period, World Travel Market London 2017 will be taking place, and this means low availability everywhere.

The single rate is £162 per room per night on the 8 and 9 November 2017, then £145 per room per night on  the 10 and 11 November 2017.

The twin/double rate is £172 per room per night on the 8 and 9 November 2017, then £155 per room per night on the 10 and 11 November 2017.

All rates include breakfast, but exclude VAT at 20%.

The nearest underground station is Edgware Road (2 stations - 1 station for Circle, District and Hammersmith & City Lines and 1 station for Bakerloo line, both directly opposite the hotel

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing and received by THURSDAY 12TH OCTOBER 2017. Cancellations received on or before this date will receive a refund less 25% administration charges. No refunds will be given after this date.

Continuing Professional Development

The annual conference qualifies for 7 hours of CPD per day attended
