ICC Wales may be surrounded by fresh mountain air, but luckily for you, the venue is a stone’s throw from the M4, Cardiff Airport and main train stations.
Built within stunning woodland, yet a stone’s throw from the M4, the ICC Wales is so well connected.
Our dedicated parking for production and exhibition vehicles provides direct loading into the main hall and auditorium with plenty of parking spaces.
There are also over 2,000 visitor parking spaces located on-site, with 700 spaces on levels -1 and -2.

Thanks to Newport’s brand new fflecsi “on-request” bus service, ICC Wales is quick, easy and inexpensive to reach from any location across the city, including Celtic Collection hotels and venues. Simply book fflecsi online or via the app and they will pick you up from as close to your location as possible and drop you off where you want to go!
As fflecsi doesn’t run to a fixed route or timetable, you can expect to be on board within 15 minutes of booking, with journey times normally no longer than 25 minutes when travelling across Newport. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance, with single trip tickets from only £2 or buy a City Day ticket for £4 adult, £2.50 children giving unlimited access to the whole of the fflecsi and Newport Bus city network.

Other Newport Bus services travel on the Chepstow Road with the closest bus stop located a five-minute walk from ICC Wales.
The parking area at ICC Wales includes 20 cycle racks with direct access to the Convention Centre atrium.
There are four National Cycle Network routes in Newport as well as a cycle path linking the city to Cardiff. More details can be found on the Newport City Council website.
As well as being on the site of the Celtic Manor Resort, ICC Wales is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of neighbouring hotels including the Holiday Inn, Premier Inn and Coldra Court Hotel by Celtic Manor.

All cancellations must be notified in writing and received by THURSDAY 06 OCTOBER 2022. Cancellations received on or before this date will receive a refund less 25% administration charges. No refunds will be given after this date.
The annual conference qualifies for 6 (six) hours of CPD per day attended. All your CPD is online. Evaluation forms will appear in your member dashboard after the event. Once you have submitted your evaluation form, your certificates will be available to download
Attending BACD Annual Conferences does not necessarily qualify you to integrate new techniques into your practice. The BACD expects delegates to rely on their clinical expertise and judgement before deciding whether they have received adequate training to implement any new technique or procedure in their practices and to seek additional training if necessary
